新版《睡美人》庆祝ABT建团75周年据悉,美国芭蕾舞剧院驻团编导阿列克谢·罗曼斯基(Alexei Ratmansky)将于明年创作一部新版《睡美人》。这部为纪念舞团成立七十五周年而编排的新作由理查德·哈德森(Richard Hudson)担任舞美设计师,在该作品的舞台及服装设计方面,他将基于1921年莱昂·巴克斯特为佳吉列夫俄罗斯芭蕾舞团所设计的作品。此前,罗曼斯基版本的《胡桃夹子》也是与他合作的。罗曼斯基说:“柴可夫斯基复杂的乐谱和彼季帕的编舞代表着俄罗斯古典艺术的最高成就。
New Sleeping Beauty Celebrates 75th Anniversary of ABT Founded Alexei Ratmansky, the director of the United States Ballet Theater, is going to create a new version of Sleeping Beauty next year. The new work, which commemorates the seventy-fifth anniversary of the establishment of the company, will be performed by westerner Richard Hudson. On the stage and costume design of the work, he will build on Leon Bach Steele designed for the Jiagelev Russian Ballet. Previously, Romanski version of the ”Nutcracker“ also worked with him. Romanski said: ”The talented Tchaikovsky choreography and his choreography represent the highest achievement of Russian classical art.
