目的:研究侧柏叶水煎液对耳廓炎症和腹腔炎症模型小鼠的抗炎作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照(阿司匹林0.25 g/L)组和侧柏叶高、中、低剂量[1、0.5、0.25 g(生药)/L]组,依次记为A、B、C、D、E、F组,每组10只,连续ig给药5 d。除A组外,其余各组分别复制耳廓炎症模型和腹腔炎症模型。检测耳廓炎症模型小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)含量,计算肿胀度和肿胀率;检测腹腔炎症模型小鼠肝组织中TNF-α、IL-1、酸敏感离子通道1a(ASIC1a)含量和腹腔灌洗液中蛋白质浓度(ΔA)。结果:耳廓炎症模型中,与A组比较,B组小鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1含量增加;与B组比较,C、D、E、F组小鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1含量减少,肿胀度和肿胀率降低;与C组比较,E、F组小鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1含量、肿胀度和肿胀率增加;以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹腔炎症模型中,与A组比较,B组小鼠肝组织中TNF-α、IL-1、ASIC1a含量和ΔA均增加;与B组比较,C、D、E、F组小鼠TNF-α、IL-1、ASIC1a含量和ΔA降低;以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:侧柏叶水煎液对耳廓炎症和腹腔炎症模型小鼠有抗急性炎症作用,其机制可能与降低TNF-α、IL-1及ASIC1a有关。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Aristolochia lobata decoction on auricular inflammation and peritoneal inflammation model mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group (0.25 g / L aspirin) and high, medium and low doses of oriental arborvitae [1, 0.5 and 0.25 g / L] They were marked as A, B, C, D, E and F groups in turn, with 10 animals in each group for 5 days. Results: In the auricular inflammation model, the levels of TNF-α and IL-1 in serum of group B were increased compared with group A. Compared with group B, the levels of TNF-α, Compared with group C, the levels of TNF-α and IL-1, the degree of swelling and swelling of sera of mice in groups E and F increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with group A, the content of TNF-α, IL-1 and ASIC1a and the level of ΔA in liver tissue of group B were increased in model of intraperitoneal inflammation. Compared with group B, the level of TNF-α in group C, D, E and F , IL-1, ASIC1a content and ΔA decreased; the above differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Aristolochia lobata decoction has anti-acute inflammation effect on auricular inflammation and peritoneal inflammation model mice, which may be related to the reduction of TNF-α, IL-1 and ASIC1a.
