我们文工团在中共四川省委达县地委的直接领导下,一直坚持了上山下乡为农民演出。十多年来,我们为工农兵服务的工作由不自觉到逐渐自觉,在演出节目、演出方式、演出作风等方面摸索出一些办法,渐渐地做出了一点成绩。一九五八年以来,党和人民给了我们很大的鼓励和荣誉,让我们出席了全国的青年社会主义建设积极分子大会和文教群英会,我们文工团里的女同志集体还被评为全国“三八”红旗手。在这种情况下,是躺在荣誉上故步自封、停滞不前,还是戒骄戒躁、不断前进,就成了党支部工作的一个突出问题。在地委的领导下,我们围绕这一问题展开了工作。
