本文用免疫细胞化学方法研究了局麻下三叉神经半月神经节神经元内P物质的变化。结果表明,局麻侧面部皮肤P物质阳性神经纤维增多,半月神经节内P物质阳性的中小型细胞减少,三叉神经脊束核末梢内P物质阳性反应减弱。对照侧相反。结果提示局麻药阻断了钠离子内流,使神经节细胞轴浆运输减慢,P物质在周围突的储留增多,胞体P物质合成及中枢突释放均减少,痛信息不易传入中枢而镇痛。
In this paper, immunocytochemistry was used to study the changes of substance P in the neurons of the trigeminal ganglion neurons under local anesthesia.
