事业单位人事制度的健全与否直接影响到事业单位的人事工作能否更好的展开,但是目前我国的事业单位人事制度是不完善的,还有许多地方急需进行有效的改革。要使事业单位人事制度改革有序进行,就必须要加强对事业单位人事制度改革的研究探讨,以进一步完善事业单位人事制度改革。本文就事业单位人事制度改革四大重点进行论述,以加深人们对事业单位人事制度改革的认识。
The soundness of the personnel system in the public institutions will directly affect whether the personnel work in the public institutions can be better carried out. However, at present, the personnel system of public institutions in China is imperfect and there are still many areas in urgent need of effective reform. In order to make the reform of the personnel system in the public institutions work in an orderly manner, we must strengthen the research on the personnel system reform in public institutions so as to further improve the personnel system reform in public institutions. This article discusses the reform of the personnel system in four key issues in order to deepen people’s understanding of the personnel system reform.
