目的探讨阴道彩超在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年1月来我院就诊的80例子宫内膜息肉患者的声像图表现,全部病例均经病理证实;采用美国GELOGIQ5型彩色多普勒彩超诊断仪,经阴道探头频率为6.5mHz。结果本组80例病例中经阴道彩超正确诊断65例(81.3%),误诊10例(12.5%),漏诊5例(6.2%)。结论阴道彩超检查是诊断子宫内膜息肉的简便、快速、准确的方法。
Objective To explore the application of vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of endometrial polyps treated in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010 was performed with sonographic evidence. All cases were confirmed by pathology. Using the American GELOGIQ5 color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, Transvaginal probe frequency of 6.5mHz. Results Of the 80 cases, 65 cases (81.3%) were correctly diagnosed by vaginal ultrasound, 10 cases (12.5%) were misdiagnosed, and 5 cases (6.2%) missed the diagnosis. Conclusions Vaginal ultrasound examination is a simple, rapid and accurate method for the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.
