社会不能设置了一种充满犯罪诱惑的体制,然后又要求这个体制下具备了一切犯罪条件的人对此诱惑无动于衷,这多少有点不现实。
It is somewhat unrealistic that society can not set a system full of temptations and then demands that all those who have all the criminal conditions in this system remain indifferent to this temptation.
