李桂英,原朝阳区教育研究中心音乐教研员,北京市特级教师、北京市骨干教师、北京市优秀音乐教师、朝阳区名师,曾被朝阳区委、区政府授予“学术技术带头人”称号,是教育部全国中小学音乐骨干教师合唱指挥国家级培训专家、2011年国家基础教育课程教材专家工作委员会—义务教育音乐课程标准审议委员、北京市音乐家协会柯达伊音乐教育专业委员会理事、朝阳区教委“名师工程”专家带教导师、朝阳区教育学会中小学音乐教育研究分会会长,曾被聘为北京市教育学会第七届专家委员会专家、北京市教育学会音乐教育研究会理事,曾任朝阳区教师合唱团团长、指挥等,其事迹曾被《光明日报》《北京晚报》《北京职教报》《北京教育报》等多家媒体多次刊载。
