根据党的十八大提出的“坚持走中国特色新型城镇化道路”和十八届三中全会提出的“必须更加注重改革的系统性、整体性和协同性”的精神,结合我省实际,在推进新型城镇化过程中,要实现工业化与城镇化良性互动、城镇化与农业现代化相互协调,促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展,必须从“四化两型”整体建设全局的视角,把握好新型城镇化与工业化、农业现代化、信息化以及两型社会建设的六个关系,努力构建以提升城市发展质量为目标的六个新型城镇化支撑体系。
