弹性联轴器晃动大是DF_(4D)型机车的惯性故障,长期以来得不到有效根治。以前在处理这一故障时大都是采用更换弹性联轴器,返修率高。还要调换静液压变速箱,我们经反复试验发现只要更换静液压变速箱弹性联轴器压盖,缩小弹性联轴器与连接法兰的轴向间隙,同样能有效防止弹性联轴器晃动大故障的发生。
