今年金秋时节,我们党在改革发展的关键时期圆满召开了极其重要的十六届四中全会,在党的历史上第一次审议通过了《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》。如何联系实际,认真学习、贯彻好这个《决定》精神,全面开创安全生产监督管理工作的新局面,我认为关键要在不断提高以下五大能力上下功夫:
In the golden autumn of this year, our party successfully held the very important Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee during the crucial period of its reform and development. How to connect with reality, conscientiously study and implement this spirit of “decision” and create a new situation in supervision and administration of work safety in all aspects?
