“水龙头”拧到多紧为宜在当前,实行医疗费用和个人挂钩,看病由难转贵,群众怨声载道。医疗部门认为自己没赚什么钱,钱是让医药部门挣跑了。山西省某医院院长说,医院即便是通过买药、卖药赚了15％的利,但85％还是还给了医药部门。1991年我院收入2047万元,其中药品占52％,纯收入150万。所以说,医院只不过是充当了药品推销商,为病人看了病,出了力,最后还背了个赚钱的黑锅,冤枉!
