新律师法实施后,反渎职侵权工作需要健全和完善刑事证据的诚信机制,构建刑事证人的司法保护制度,在刑事诉讼法修订时要重视增加初查程序的设置,重视检察官权利;建立高效快速准确的办案资讯平台;主动前移办案重心,切实强化初查程序;重视依法规范办案,重视涉案信息的动态监控;加强反渎侦查队伍能力建设。
After the implementation of the new law, the anti-dereliction and infringement work needs the integrity mechanism of improving and perfecting the criminal evidence and building the judicial protection system of criminal witness. At the time of revising the criminal procedure law, the emphasis should be placed on increasing the setup of the preliminary examination procedure and attaching importance to the rights of prosecutors. Rapid and accurate information platform for case handling; take the initiative to move the case center of gravity, and earnestly strengthen the preliminary investigation process; attach importance to handling cases according to law and regulations, attach importance to the dynamic monitoring of information involved in the case; strengthen the capacity building of anti-dour investigation team.
