以188份科技型小微企业为样本,采用高层梯队理论分析合伙人团体特征对科技型小微企业创新能力的影响。实证研究结果显示,合伙人教育背景和行业经验的异质性对科技型小微企业创新有显著正向影响,合伙人年龄、受教育程度和管理经验对小微企业创新能力的作用不明显。
Taking 188 science and technology small and micro enterprises as a sample, this paper analyzes the influence of the characteristics of partner groups on the innovation ability of science and technology small and micro enterprises by using the high-level echelon theory. The results of empirical research show that the heterogeneity of partner education background and industry experience has a significant positive impact on the innovation of science and technology small and micro enterprises, and the age, education level and management experience of partners have no obvious effect on the innovation ability of small and micro enterprises.
