厌学、网瘾和考试焦虑是中学生常出现的心理冲突。只有深入了解厌学的原因,才能因材施教,事半功倍;可以通过上网疏导、转移兴趣、劳其体肤、丰富课余活动等方法帮助学生摆脱网络的牵制;阅读报纸杂志、撰写日记、听轻音乐、慢跑、聊天等等都是缓解考试压力的有效方法。
