为对煤矿生产物流系统安全与效率的协调性进行科学全面的动态评价,在分析系统时序动态特征基础上,结合协调度思想,首先赋予评价指标以时间权重,并采用层次分析法(AHP)和熵值法组合赋权,构建煤矿生产物流系统安全与效率协调发展度静态评价模型。基于时序几何平均算子(IOWGA),赋予影响因子以不同的时间权重。将静态模型沿时间轴展开,构建动态协调度和动态协调发展度模型。实例结果表明,在煤矿生产物流系统中应时刻注重安全与效率各影响因素间的协调发展,资源分配中忽略安全或效率任一方面的单一影响要素,都会使系统发展不协调,导致安全事故或效率低下。
In order to scientifically and comprehensively evaluate the coordination of safety and efficiency of coal mine production logistics system, based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of system timing and the coordination idea, firstly, the evaluation index is given the time weight, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Entropy Method and Combination Weights to Construct Static Evaluation Model for Coordinated Development Degree of Safety and Efficiency in Coal Mine Production Logistics System. Based on the time-averaged geometric mean operator (IOWGA), the influencing factors are given different weights at different times. The static model is expanded along the time axis to construct a dynamic coordination degree and a dynamic coordination development degree model. The results of the examples show that in the coal mine production logistics system, the coordinated development of various factors of safety and efficiency should be paid attention at all times. Ignoring the single influence factors of safety or efficiency in the resource allocation will make the system uncoordinated and lead to safety accidents or low efficiency.
