以兴安落叶松、华北落叶松、长白落叶松和新疆落叶松种子的谷蛋白作为抗原进行了双扩和免疫电泳分析,结果表明4种落叶松间的抗原距离为零,提示这4种落叶松种子不能用谷蛋白的免疫血清学方法得以鉴别。
Larch, Larix principis-rupprechtii, Larix principis-rupprechtii and Xinjiang larch seed were double-expanded and immunoelectrophoresed. The results showed that the distance between the four larches was zero, suggesting that the four larch species Seeds can not be identified by the immunoglobulin method of gluten.
