目的研究一种能准确测定杀虫气雾剂杀飞蛾药效的试验方法。方法比较国标现有的杀飞虫和爬虫的试验方法,寻找更合适的能准确测定杀虫气雾剂杀飞蛾药效的试验方法。结果改良方柜法飞蛾24 h死亡率为100%;模拟现场试验24 h死亡率>90%。结论可以用改良方柜法测试杀虫气雾剂杀飞蛾的药效。
Objective To study a test method that can accurately determine the efficacy of insecticidal aerosols to kill moths. Methods to compare the existing national standard kill insects and reptiles test methods, to find more suitable to accurately determine the efficacy of insecticidal aerosol Moths test methods. Results The modified 24-hour mortality rate of moths was 100%, and the 24-h mortality rate was> 90% in simulated field trials. Conclusion The efficacy of insecticidal aerosols to kill moths can be tested with a modified side-by-side method.
