对16例急性一氧化碳中毒及其迟发脑病患者脑脊液中2′,3′-环核苷酸3′-磷酸二酯酶(CNP)的活性及中枢神经系统24h IgG合成率、IgG指数进行了观察,发现3项指标结果均高于对照组,提示患者中枢神经系统存在脱髓鞘病变,并可能存在自身免疫反应,为研究急性一氧化碳中毒及其迟发脑病患者的临床诊治及发病机理提供了线索。
