为了使水工结构工程学科青年科技工作者加强学术交流、开拓视野、不断提高理论水平、丰富工程经验,以便能更好地解决水工结沟工程中出现的新问题,在国家自然科学基金委员会、中国水利学会、中国水力发电工程学会和河南科委的领导和支持下,由中国水利学会水工结构专业委员会、中国水力发电工程学会、郑州工学院、华北水利水电学院等单位共同组织的《第一届全国水工结构工程学科青年学术讨论会》于1991年11月25日至28日在郑州工学院召开。
In order to make the structural engineering disciplines of young scientists to enhance academic exchanges, broaden their horizons and continuously improve their theoretical level and rich experience in engineering in order to be able to better solve the new problems emerging in the project of hydraulic engineering, in the National Natural Science Foundation of China , China Water Conservancy Society, China Hydropower Engineering Society and Henan Science and Technology Commission under the leadership and support of the China Water Conservancy Institute of Hydraulic Structure Committee, China Hydropower Engineering Society, Zhengzhou Institute of Technology, North China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower jointly organized by the “ The First National Symposium on Hydraulic Structural Engineering Discipline ”was held at Zhengzhou Institute of Technology from November 25 to November 25, 1991.
