使用两种天然树胶:瓜耳树胶(GG)和刺梧桐树胶(KG),与羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)合用,制备异烟肼控释片剂。异烟肼片剂的配方如下:配方A,异烟肼:GG=1:1.5;配方B,异烟肼:KG=1:1.5;配方C,异烟肼:HPMC=1:1.5;配方D,异烟肼:HPMC:GG=1:1.25:1.25;配方E,异烟肼:HPMC:KG=1:1.25:1.25。上述配方用异丙醇和水(1:4)混合制成粒,过No 22号筛,加1％滑石和2％硬脂酸镁作润滑剂,在手工操作的制片机上加压制得片剂。
Isoniazid controlled release tablets were prepared using two natural gums, guar gum (GG) and karaya gum (KG), in combination with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC). Formulation A, Isoniazid: GG = 1: 1.5; Formulation B, Isoniazid: KG = 1: 1.5; Formulation C, Isoniazid: HPMC = 1: 1.5; Formulation D Isoniazid: HPMC: GG = 1: 1.25: 1.25; Formula E, isoniazid: HPMC: KG = 1: 1.25: 1.25. The above formulation was granulated with a mixture of isopropanol and water (1: 4), passed through a No. 22 sieve, supplemented with 1% talc and 2% magnesium stearate as a lubricant and compressed in a manually operated tabletting machine to give tablets .
