尖锐湿疣由性交传染所致。我院近一年来用CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣28例,取得了满意疗效,现报道如下: 本组28例,男20例,女8例,年龄22～58岁,平均33.5岁。全部患者均有不洁性交史,潜伏期为1～12个月,平均2～3个月。临床表现:先在好发部位(外生殖器,肛门附近)出现细小的淡红色血疹,后逐渐增大。表面不平,湿润柔软,呈乳头状或菜花样突起,红色或淡灰色,根部常有蒂,易发生糜烂、渗液,易出血,皮肤裂缝间常有脓性分泌物郁积,搔痒,手抓后易继发感染。治疗:常规消毒,将CO_2激光功率调至20～30W,对尖锐湿疣
