目的 探讨良、恶性骨肿瘤影像学特点及其鉴别。方法 对 12 3例良、恶性骨肿瘤患者的X线表现及临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 恶性骨肿瘤X线表现以大片低密度区、局部骨皮质、骨小梁消失 ,边界浸润状及模糊不清的破坏为主 ;良性骨肿瘤其X线特点是有完整清晰的肿瘤轮廓 ,骨壳完整等。结论 良、恶性骨肿瘤的鉴别除结合病史和肿瘤组织来源外主要应结合其影像学特点。
Objective To investigate the imaging features and differentiation of benign and malignant tumors. Methods The X-ray findings and clinical data of 123 patients with benign and malignant bone tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Results X-ray findings of malignant bone tumors were mainly in low-density areas, disappearance of local cortical bone and trabecular bone, boundary infiltration and vague damage. The characteristic of X-ray of benign bone tumors was complete and clear tumor contour, Complete shell and so on. Conclusion The identification of benign and malignant bone tumors should be combined with its imaging features in addition to the history of combination and the source of tumor tissue.
