用IBM-PC 计算机和7081精密数字电压表及多通道扫描器组成的多通道自动测试系统,可实现多种方式的数据采集。本文重点介绍7081精密数字电压表多通道扫描器的设计依据和电路原理。用所给电路可实现30个通道的自动测试,对电路作改进还可实现更多通道的自动测试。
Multi-channel automated test system with IBM-PC computer and 7081 precision digital voltmeter and multi-channel scanner enables data acquisition in many ways. This article focuses on 7081 precision digital voltmeter multi-channel scanner design basis and circuit theory. With the circuit can be achieved 30 automatic test channel, the circuit can also be improved to achieve more automatic test channel.
