自身骨髓移植(ABMT)后的白血病复发为治疗中的一大障碍,其复发白血病细胞的来源尚未明确。本文就自身骨髓移植物中的白血病细胞对于ABMT 后白血病复发的可能作用作了定量描述.材料与方法采用近亲繁殖的平均体重为200g 的褐色挪威(BN)鼠系的白血病模型(BNML),其细胞学及细胞化学等方面均与人类急性早幼粒细胞白血病相似。(1)以不同数量的 BNML 细胞依次分别注入各组正常的 BN 鼠体内,观察500天,由此测得静脉输注后使50%的大鼠死于白血病的白血病细胞数,
Recurrence of leukemia after autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) is a major obstacle in treatment, and the origin of the relapsed leukemia cells has not been elucidated. In this paper, the possible role of leukemic cells in leukemia cells in their own bone marrow for the relapse of leukemia after ABMT was described.Materials and Methods Inbred BN model of brown Norway (BN) mice with an average body weight of 200g Cytology and cytochemistry are similar to human acute promyelocytic leukemia.
