目的:建立土壤中铬含量的石墨炉原子吸收分光光度测定法。方法:试样经酸消解后,注入原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉中,电热原子化后吸收357.9nm共振线,在一定浓度范围其吸收值与铬含量成正比,与标准系列比较定量。结果:线性范围为0~20ng/mL,回收率为98%~102%,检出限为0.26ng/mL,相对标准偏差RSD为4.6%。结论:该试验方法具有操作简单,技术条件便于掌握,消解彻底,结果重复性好等优点,可用作土壤中铬含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of chromium in soil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The samples were digested by acid and then injected into graphite furnace of atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Electrothermal atomization absorbed 357.9nm resonant line, and its absorption value was proportional to chromium content in a certain concentration range, which was compared with the standard series. Results: The linear range was 0-20 ng / mL, the recovery was 98% -102%, the detection limit was 0.26 ng / mL and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.6%. Conclusion: The test method has the advantages of simple operation, easy to grasp technical conditions, thorough digestion, good repeatability and the like. It can be used as the determination of chromium in soil.
