近年来,中国逐渐在国际交往中站稳了脚跟,而对外宣传工作一直是我国向世界介绍自己的重要手段。中外文化之间的差异一直是导致词汇空缺的重要因素,使得文化得不到完整的传播和被理解,使中国和中国文化极其容易被世界误解。在对外宣传工作中,历史和文化背景,思维方式和逻辑,不同的表达习惯,宗教信仰等等都会造成中外语言词汇中的空缺部分。译者的语言严谨性和翻译素质,同样影响和限制着词汇的变通和应用,从而直接影响了我国外宣工作的质量。如何面对和解决文化空缺词对外宣工作带来的影响,成了一个值得深思和探究的问题。
In recent years, China has gradually gained a foothold in international exchanges and its external propaganda work has always been an important means by which China introduces itself to the world. The differences between Chinese and foreign cultures have always been an important factor leading to the vacancy of words. As a result, the culture can not be completely disseminated and understood, making Chinese and Chinese cultures extremely vulnerable to misunderstandings in the world. In the publicity work, historical and cultural backgrounds, ways of thinking and logic, different expressions of custom, religious beliefs and so on will result in vacant Chinese and foreign language vocabularies. The linguistic rigor and quality of translation of translators also affect and limit the adaptation and application of vocabulary, which directly affects the quality of the outreach work in our country. How to deal with and solve the impact of cultural vacancy on the work of propaganda has become a question worth pondering and exploring.
