11月进入尾声的时候,中国的网络领域出现了空前热闹的场景。先是11月最后一周举行的首届国家网络安全宣传周,主题是“共建网络安全,共享网络文明”。笔者有幸全程参与了整个宣传周7个主题日(启动日、政务日、金融日、产业日、电信日、青少年日、法治日)和8大主题活动的所有内容策划,非常深切地感受到了本届政府在建设网络强国方面所给出的清晰思路和坚定决心,以及为此所做出的重要努力。据悉,国家网络安全宣传周已经确定于每年11月最后一周举行。第二个重要的活动也是个“首届”——11月19日至21日在江南水乡乌镇召开的首届世界互联网大
