自一九五一年十月一日中央人民政府政务院颁布“关于改革学制的决定”以来,我省各地即已积极从事小学五年一贯制的学习、宣传和准备工作;并自本年秋季超全省小学一律招收新制一年级学生。小学实施五年一贯制,以保证城乡劳动人民的子女能够平等地享受完全的基础教育,这是全国和我省人民教育事业上一件重大改革,亦是我省全体教育工作者一件新的光荣而艰巨的任务。
Since the promulgation of the “Decision on the Reform of the Academic System” on October 1, 1951, the Central Government Department of the Central Government has been actively engaged in the study, promotion and preparation of the five-year primary school system. Since the fall of this year, Primary schools in the province are all recruited freshmen.
