扩大再生产的标志,既不是看投资是否增加也不是看生产要素是否增多,而只能看生产成果是否增加,它是扩大再生产优化目标的出发点。内含型扩大再生产,既能增加净产值的绝对量,又能提高劳动者人均净产值的相对量,它是社会主义扩大再生产的优化目标。人均国民收入持续高速增长,是测定物质资料再生产和人口再生产最优结合的主要尺度,是衡量我国四化实现程度的主要指标,它是我国扩大再生产的最优化目标。
The sign of expanding reproduction is neither to see whether the increase in investment nor the increase in factors of production, but only whether the increase in the output of production is the starting point for expanding the goal of reproduction optimization. Intrinsic expansion of reproduction can not only increase the absolute amount of net output but also increase the relative amount of net output per worker, which is the optimization objective of expanding and reproducing socialism. The continuous rapid growth of national income per capita is the main yardstick for determining the optimal combination of reproduction of material information and population reproduction. It is the main indicator for measuring the degree of realization of China’s four modernizations and is the most optimized goal of expanding reproduction in our country.
