目的通过参与肿瘤患者的药物治疗实践,探讨临床药师参与患者治疗过程的方法。方法临床药师根据患者病情提供可行性的建议,参与制定治疗方案,关注患者在治疗过程中药物选择、是否出现不良反应等。结果临床药师在肿瘤科深入临床的实践中发现问题及时解决,降低药物不良反应发生率,提高患者的依从性。结论临床药师通过深入临床,对患者开展药学实践,发挥临床药师在药学服务中的作用。
Objective To explore the clinical pharmacists’ participation in the treatment of patients by participating in the drug treatment practice of cancer patients. Methods According to the patient’s condition, the clinical pharmacist provided feasible suggestions, participated in making the treatment plan, paying attention to the patient’s drug selection in the course of treatment, whether there was any adverse reaction or not. Results Clinical pharmacists discovered the problems in the in-depth clinical practice of oncology in time, reduced the incidence of adverse drug reactions and improved patient compliance. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists through clinical practice, to carry out pharmaceutical practice in patients, clinical pharmacists to play a role in pharmaceutical services.
