Article 17 of the Renewable Energy Law stipulates: The State encourages units and individuals to install and use solar energy utilization systems such as solar hot water heating systems, solar heating heating and cooling systems and solar photovoltaic power generation systems. The State Council department in charge of construction administration, in conjunction with the relevant department of the State Council, formulates the technical and economic policies and technical specifications for the combination of solar energy utilization system and construction.
