With the continuous deepening of the economic system reform, how to increase the vitality of state-owned enterprises and transform the operating mechanism of state-owned enterprises has become an urgent matter for corporate reform in China. The reforms in the future will require enterprises to gradually become economic entities that are self-operated, self-financing, and market-oriented.
