患者女性,37岁,1984年开始咳嗽,咯血,痰中带血或连续数口全血,诊断为Ⅲ型肺结核。经正规抗痨治疗,咯血日趋频繁,1985年两次阵咳后咳出结石12粒,嗣后两年未咯血。1987年2月咯血痰3天,经治疗血痰消失。X 线胸片:两上肺近肺门处有密集和散在分布的斑点状阴影,大部分硬结钙化,右肺上叶前段肺不张。纤维支气管镜检查:右上叶前段充血潮红,
Patient Female, 37 years old, started coughing in 1984, having hemoptysis, bloody sputum or a few consecutive whole bloods, diagnosed as type III tuberculosis. After formal anti-tuberculosis treatment, hemoptysis more frequent, cough twice in 1985 after the cough stones 12, the next two years without hemoptysis. February 1987 hemoptysis sputum 3 days, disappeared after treatment of bloody sputum. X-ray: two lung near the hilar have dense and scattered spot-like shadow, most of the calcification calcification, right anterior lobe of the lung atelectasis.
