患者女,72岁。闭经20余年,因阴道血性分泌物1个月就诊。外院疑子宫内膜癌转入我院。妇科检查:外阴、阴道正常,宫颈肥大,宫体后位,大小正常,左附件区增厚、压痛,未触及包块。彩超检查显示:子宫大小、形态正常,肌层回声较均匀,宫腔内见1.7cm×0.7cm液性暗区,形状呈梭形。左卵巢略
