患者男性,56岁。因左眼突然视力下降半月,于1998年1月27日入院。发病后两天曾在我院初诊为“左青光眼待查”,未用药,建议进一步检查。近日症状加重且头痛明显,又来我院,门诊以“左球后视神经炎”收住院。有左鼻塞、涕中带血伴头痛半年史,曾按“感冒”治疗无效,外院两次头颅CT平扫均未见异常。入院查体:全身无异常发现。外鼻和前鼻孔检查未见明显改变。视力:右眼1.0,左眼光感。双眼外
