中碳低合金钢经等温处理,获得奥氏体-贝氏体复相组织,具有很高的强韧性。本文研究了其疲劳寿命及疲劳断裂机理,并与AISI4340钢进行了比较;分析了残余奥氏体对疲劳性能的影响,探讨了复相组织中疲劳裂纹的萌生机理及扩展行为。
Medium carbon low alloy steel isothermal treatment, access austenite - bainite complex, with high strength and toughness. In this paper, the fatigue life and mechanism of fatigue fracture were studied and compared with AISI 4340 steel. The effect of retained austenite on fatigue properties was analyzed. The initiation mechanism and propagation behavior of fatigue crack in complex phase were discussed.
