受历史、自然和人为因素的影响,现存藏文档案文献遗产损毁,流失问题严重。论文分析造成档案文献损毁流失的各种不利因素,并以西藏自治区档案抢救为案例分析其保护对策以及这一案例对我国濒危少数民族历史档案抢救工作给予的启示。
Due to historical, natural and man-made factors, the legacy of the existing Tibetan documentary archives is damaged and there is a serious loss of property. The dissertation analyzed various unfavorable factors that caused the loss of archival documents and analyzed the protection measures of the archives in Tibet Autonomous Region as well as the enlightenment from this case to the rescue of the historical archives of the endangered ethnic minorities in China.
