新课程标准要求为师者不再单纯是知识的传授者,课堂教学也不再是教师的一言堂。它要求教师应该是学生的知心朋友,是一个文化意识、语言能力及学习策略等诸多方面都有一定素质的人。这就要求教师要不断学习、不断充实自己、不断改进自己的课堂教学,以适应不断发展变化的形势需要。下面谈谈自己在中学英语教学中让学生多参与到教学中来的做法:
The new curriculum standard requires that teachers are no longer purely knowledge impartees, and classroom teaching is no longer the teacher’s tongue. It requires that the teacher should be a close friend of the student and a person with a certain level of quality in terms of cultural awareness, language ability and learning strategies. This requires teachers to continue to learn, continue to enrich themselves, and constantly improve their classroom teaching, in order to adapt to the changing needs of the situation.
