本文对现行消防规章中关于库房 (库区 )内配电线路采用“非燃硬塑料管”、“非燃塑料管”保护的要求提出质疑 ,以有关技术标准、规范、专业信息和实际调查等为依据 ,指出我国建筑用穿线塑料管目前普遍使用聚氯乙烯和聚乙烯材料 ,而它们均不是非燃烧材料。为防止误导 ,建议修改消防规章的有关条文 ,并依据有关规定提出了修改的意见。
In this paper, the existing fire protection regulations on distribution lines in the warehouse (reservoir area) using “non-combustible plastic pipe”, “non-burning plastic pipe” protection requirements questioned in order to technical standards, specifications, professional information and the actual investigation As the basis, pointed out that our country construction threading plastic pipe commonly used polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene materials, and they are not non-burning material. In order to prevent misleading, it is suggested to amend the relevant provisions of the fire safety regulations and put forward the suggestions for revisions in accordance with the relevant provisions.
