根据四川大学华西第二医院医生助理员(医助)启用7年来门诊医疗工作改进的情况,从医助的选择、培训、管理等方面,将对医助的管理经验介绍给同行,希望对要设置医助岗位的同行有帮助。严把录用关、加强培训提高职业素养、做好日常管理和定期考评,是建立一支高素质医助的关键。做好了医助的培训和管理,能提高门诊医疗服务的质量和效率,对解决挂号难、看病难有积极作用。
According to the assistant medical assistant (doctor) of West China Second Hospital in Sichuan University, the medical treatment in outpatient department has been improved for seven years. From the aspects of choice, training and management of medical assistance, the management experience of medical assistance will be introduced to colleagues. Setting up a medical assistant’s colleague is helpful. Strict hiring, strengthening training to improve professionalism, doing a day-to-day management and regular evaluation is the key to establishing a high-quality medical aid. Well done medical training and management, can improve the quality and efficiency of outpatient medical services, to solve the registration difficult, difficult to see a positive role.
