抗心磷脂抗体(aCL)是循环血清中的多克隆免疫球蛋白.近年来发现某些神经系统疾病,特别是缺血性脑血管病与该抗体的关系甚为密切.本文对139例脑卒中患者血清aCL进行了检测,其结果报告如下.
