2013年7月17日上午,大兴区法院召开网上在线预约立案启动仪式。大兴区法院党组书记、院长马来客,立案庭庭长周丽,副庭长席世贤、刘杨,立案庭干警代表,信息技术室干警代表及相关律师事务所代表参加了此次启动仪式。会上,刘杨首先介绍了网上在线预约立案审查程序的现实意义及功能,并由立案庭干警介绍了网上在线预约立案审查的具体办理流程。其后,律师事务所代表就网上在线预约立案为当事人带来的便利进行交流。最后,由马来客正式启动大兴区法院网
