Objective: To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on oxidative low density lipoprotein-induced vascular endothelial cell injury and its possible mechanism. Methods: The vascular endothelial cell model was induced by 200μg / mL oxidized low density lipoprotein (LDL) to investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on the growth of vascular endothelial cells after oxidative low density lipoprotein (LDL) injury. The possible mechanism was explored by Western blot. Results: Ginkgo biloba extract inhibited the injury of vascular endothelial cells by low density lipoprotein (LDL) at the concentration of 5 ~ 40μg / mL by down-regulating the expression of BAX protein and up-regulating the expression of Bcl-2 protein, Lipoprotein Damage to Vascular Endothelial Cells. Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract can effectively inhibit the damage of vascular endothelial cells by oxidized low density lipoprotein through the regulation of apoptotic proteins.
