研究了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)测定锑锭中铅、铜、铁、砷、锰、锡、镉等七种杂质元素。用酒石酸、盐酸和硝酸的混合溶液来分解试样,选择合适的分析谱线及分析参数。探讨了溶解酸及酸度的选择、基体元素锑与共存元素间的干扰和消除,进行了灵敏度、精密度和准确度试验。结果表明,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)<4.0%,与国家标准方法分析结果相符,该方法简单、快速。
The determination of seven impurity elements of lead, copper, iron, arsenic, manganese, tin and cadmium in antimony ingot by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was studied. With tartaric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid mixed solution to break down the sample, select the appropriate analysis of lines and analysis of parameters. The choice of dissolved acid and acidity, the interference and elimination of antimony element and coexisting element were discussed, and the sensitivity, precision and accuracy were tested. The results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of each element was less than 4.0%, which was in good agreement with the national standard method. The method was simple and rapid.
