四月二十七日,省局召开八个州、地、市统计局局长及省局主要处室负责人参加的局长现场办公会议,布置落实了五个方面的工作: 一、加快县级统计信息工程建设的步伐。决定成立全省县级计算机机房工程建设领导小组,下设工程管理办公室,具体负责机房建设有关事宜。全省今年必须完成1/3州级机房、1/5县级机房建设和50%自筹资金落实工作。在机房工程建设中同时兼顾考虑政府网站的功能配置问题,并适当配置必要的设备。各州县统计局一定要千方百计积极争取本地计委、财政在资金上的支持。西宁市局争取地
