目的:采用响应面分析法(RSM)对绞股蓝总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。方法:以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上选择试验因素和水平,进行Box-Behnken响应面试验设计,得到最佳操作条件及二次方程响应面模型。结果:绞股蓝总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数71%,料液比1∶14,超声时间32 min,该工艺条件下,绞股蓝总黄酮提取率模型预测值为4.676%,验证试验得率为4.641%。结论:回归模型拟合度良好,该提取工艺可行、可靠。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum by response surface methodology (RSM). Methods: Taking the extraction rate of total flavonoids as index, the factors and levels of test were selected based on the single factor test. The Box-Behnken response surface test was designed to obtain the optimal operating conditions and quadratic equation response surface model. Results: The optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum were: ethanol volume fraction 71%, solid-liquid ratio 1:14 and ultrasonic time 32 min. Under this condition, the predicted value of the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum was 4.676% The yield was 4.641%. Conclusion: The fitting regression model is good, the extraction process is feasible and reliable.
