我国现行法律、法规包括部门规章与 WTO规则不尽一致。中国加入 WTO还需对外贸、外资、知识产权等相关制进行修改、完善和调整。在司法活动中，对于 WTO规则的适用宜采取“转化适用”的方法，应清理、完善司法解释，建立和完善司法审查制度，公开有关法律、法规、司法决定和判决，保持立法、法律法规适用的统一性，还应建立一支高素质的政法队伍。
Current laws and regulations in our country, including departmental rules and WTO rules, are not consistent. China’s accession to the WTO will also need to revise, improve and adjust relevant systems such as foreign trade, foreign investment and intellectual property. In judicial activities, we should adopt “transformation and application” methods for the application of WTO rules.
