商务沟通能力是商务英语专业学生的重要能力之一,也能体现其核心竞争力,在实际工作、公司的管理和跨文化沟通中都非常重要,值得关注。然而,有关什么是良好的商务沟通能力却没有一个广泛被认可的标准。本文提出一个商务沟通能力的框架,涵盖四种核心能力:英语语言能力、基础商务知识和技能、跨文化商务沟通能力和良好的人文素养。此外,商务沟通能力还应包括情景分析能力、现代科学技术的运用能力以及出色的非言语交际能力。
Business communication skills are one of the most important abilities of business English majors and reflect their core competencies. They are very important in practical work, company management and intercultural communication and are worthy of attention. However, there is not a widely accepted standard of what is good business communication skills. This article proposes a framework for business communication skills covering four core competencies: English language ability, basic business knowledge and skills, intercultural business communication skills and good humanistic accomplishment. In addition, business communication skills should include situational analysis capabilities, the ability to use modern science and technology, and excellent non-verbal communication skills.
