介绍了一种新型有机-无机相变储能微胶囊的制备方法,即采用无机层状硅酸盐材料和碱性硅酸盐溶液为壁材、有机相变材料十八烷酸为基材,先制备半包覆结构的相变胶囊,再加入碱性硅酸盐溶液进行第2次包裹,采用溶解与热失重结合的方法对材料的包裹性能进行了评价,结果表明:采用无机层状硅酸盐材料、相变材料、碱性硅酸盐溶液比例为1∶2∶4时,其包裹效果较好,经无水乙醇溶解实验后,其有效相变材料损失量为4.37%。热失重实验结果表明其中相变材料有效含量为37.4%,而DSC实验结果表明微胶囊中有效相变材料35.04%,存在差异的原因可能在于碱性溶液与相变材料的酸碱反应所致。
A new preparation method of organic-inorganic phase-change energy storage microcapsules is introduced, that is, inorganic layered silicate material and alkaline silicate solution are used as wall materials, and organic phase-change material octadecanoic acid is used as a substrate, First, the phase change capsule with semi-coated structure was prepared, and then the alkaline silicate solution was added to carry out the second coating. The coating properties of the material were evaluated by the combination of dissolution and thermal weight loss. The results show that: When the ratio of acid salt material, phase change material and alkaline silicate solution is 1: 2: 4, the encapsulation effect is better. After the ethanol dissolution experiment, the loss of effective phase change material is 4.37%. Thermogravimetric experiments show that the effective content of phase change material is 37.4%, while DSC results show that the effective phase change material in microcapsule is 35.04%. The reason for the difference may be due to the acid-base reaction between alkaline solution and phase change material.
